Tartuf, Ljubljana, Slovenia

Tartuf - basement Italian style restaurant in the midst of Savska sleeping hood, next to bunch of faculties and University Incubator. Serving mostly students, yet with taste. Recommended, but don't be in a hurry.

Urška Simčič - Sales and Marketing lady at Calypso Crystal, from Gorica side of Slovenia, grew up near Doblar hydro plant, not related to Simčič the winemakers, she used to sell monthly public transport tickets, was waitress and croupier in Park Casino Gorica, wrote for Primorske Novice, recently finished Cotrugli MBA, organizer at TEDxLjubljana, is maniacal about wild berries and wild hops, reads about Paleo recipies, attends VIP events at Kiberpipa and will one day go from start-up to start-up in a sustainable direction. Al-l Gore in.

Matej Kurent - entrepreneur and investor, recently founder of Calypso Crystal, Ljubljana citizen forever, his father cooked for Tito on Brijuni islands, started his career with programming and computer games business, had first reality show Poglej Me, worked also for POP TV, Mobitel, MTV Adria and was involved in many, many other things, has 2 kids giving him another handful of joy and Mars-landing-type of responsibility every day, currently reads Webber's Art of The Grill and would with unlimited resources just speed up what he is already doing. Bling bling.

Aleš Ruter - Sales and Marketing at Calypso Crystal, born and raised in Ravne na Koroškem, used to work at Finance and attended one of IBM Impact events in Las Vegas, now Calypso team just launched Calypso Case investment fund raising campaign, belongs to Nikon photographers' camp, publishing details on his MindTheDetail blog, reads mostly online GQ, Wired and similar and will one day have a finest restaurant on each continent. Bot not Al-l Gore green.

Tartuf is tucketed away in the blanket of flat-highrise shadow ... among the tallest until WTC and Kristalna opened.
