Pizzeria Parma, Ljubljana, Slovenia

(Boštjan) Bostjan Gabrijelcic (Gabrijelčič) - taking care of IBM Tivoli software sales in Slovenia. We were forced to sit in the "smoking lounge" of the pizzeria. 87% of all lung cancers are caused by smoking. 85% of lung cancer patients die of it. More than 140.000 die of lung cancer every year in USA alone. http://thescooponsmoking.org/xhtml/effects/lungCancer.php (One can say that I generally don't like smoking) We briefly discussed the situation with commuting and work from home and mentioned DetelFone the new virtual telecom provider with includes Skype-like service. http://www.detelfone.eu We've also spent some time discussing how IT vendors need to be talking more to LOB and C-level people. Boštjan was FE student with major in electronics. He had a stint in IBM as a student, then worked in automation industry for Metronik, Liko Pris and finally joined IBM Software Group. His free time are mostly spent with his two kids: 2,5 year old boy and a brand new 0,5 year daughter. This time Parma presented us with two failed attempts by newbie waiter. Wrong salad, wrong pizza. Printer paper ran out and pizza was not ordered!?!
